I bought this belt at REI earlier this year and it is indeed comfortable but if I’m doing anything active (work, hiking) I find the belt slips in the buckle and slackens. Yesterday I felt my pants drooping and, when I looked down, the belt had backed almost all the way out and I had a good 6” of extra loop hanging. When I’m hiking, I find I have to pull the belt tight every 15 minutes or so. I’m not exactly svelte but I‘m not big, either (35” waist”). Any suggestions for fixing this or should I just return it? It’d be a shame because it is a comfortable belt when it’s doing its job but for $35 I want a little better performance. View answer

I cannot adjust this belt the teeth will not allow it to move for adjustment. I have 3 other belts. They are adventure series no issues ! I bought this belt at Scheel's in Appleton Wi on a trip. I live in Menomonee Falls Wi which is 80 miles away. Can you help me or show a trick to adjust this belt. I'm afraid it may tear if I pull it to hard. Like I said my other Arcade belts are great. I own several Arcade belts and I would prefer to wear nothing else, although the slim belt I've got doesn't quite do the job due to the fork style buckle. You'd purchase a slim belt because you've got smaller belt loops on your pants or shorts but the buckle on the slim belt doesn't allow for easy flow through these smaller loops, it catches constantly. Do you have a slim belt with a different clasp? Perhaps one that has the "arrowhead" shape versus the "pitchfork" View answer
