Hi Jack,
For all of our regular belts, they fit up to a size 40". If you are a 37" or higher I usually suggest the long version. This really will depend on how much extra length you want. If you want some room for growth or enjoy extra length if needed I would get the long that fits up to a size 50". If not the regular belts at a size 40" should work fine.
